Sophie has attitude.  Sophie is a ham.  Sophie wanted to give me a big cuddle when I got home, and she was adamant that I read to her before bed.  I guess she saw a little too much of Papa last week and not enough of me.

It seems that in addition to the lice scare, a kid in her class has been diagnosed with scarlet fever.  Chloe’s response to that news:  “Beth from Little Women died from scarlet fever!”  I reminded her that medical care is a lot more advanced now than it was back then.  After that reassurance, she went back to watching her “Cake Boss” show.

I love my girls.
