We bought the Christmas tree earlier today.  Chloe helped him put the tree in its stand, during which time she discovered the joys of tree hugging.

In reality, she was simply helping her Papa hold the tree up.  Her friend came over to assist – she had never decorated a tree before.  That excitement lasted about 1/2 hour until they decided that it’d be more fun to watch YouTube videos, play games on the iPhone and play Twister.  Sophie gave up on the tree as well and followed the two older girls around, to Chloe’s great consternation.

In the end, my husband and I continued dressing the tree.  It looks lovely and smells great.  I’ll post a photo or two in the next couple of days.
