Breaking news.  My little Sophie has every intention of being a renaissance woman when she grows up.  Sophie aspires towards greatness in five different categories.  In no particular order:

(1) dancer
(2) singer
(3) artist
(4) shoe designer
(5) mommy

Hey, as long as she finishes college and doesn’t go to law school, she can do whatever she wants.  But the true measure of her ambition is in category #6:

(6) booty shaker


“I am the best booty shaker,” she nonchalantly remarked.  Of course, my husband and I looked at each other and immediately shared the same mental image of a 20-year old Sophie deciding to go the route of category #6.  Perish the thought.
